Does Rudy’s cut kids’ hair?
Rudy’s is for everybody! Rudy’s does not have special
prices for youth haircuts. If you would like to book an appointment with a stylist who is great with
youth, please call the shop you plan to visit for advice on selecting a stylist.
How much is a haircut?
Rudy’s service prices vary by market. Our service prices and
descriptions are listed on each location’s page on this site.
How much do you charge for color services?
Color service prices depend on a number
of factors, including hair texture and length, complexity of service, and the products and tools needed
to complete a specific look. Your stylist will provide a cost for color services during consultation and
prior to beginning the service.
When is my stylist working?
Stylist openings are available via our Book Now link.
For more detailed information, please call the shop you wish to visit.
I’m not happy with my haircut/color. Can I have it corrected?
If you are unhappy
with your hair service, you may return to the shop within seven days for a complimentary correction.
Some restrictions may apply to color service requests. Please call the shop where you originally
received the service to make an appointment.

Can I purchase your products wholesale?
Please send wholesale inquiries via our
contact form to send an email to our product team.
Online Purchases
We are happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of order
delivery. All return or exchanged items must be in their original condition. Refunds are credited to the
original form of payment.
To return merchandise, email webstore@rudysbarbershop.com for return
authorization. Customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Rudy’s
does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit
without proof of delivery to Rudy’s.
Excluding the original shipping costs, refunds are processed
within 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email
once your refund is processed.
In-shop Purchases
We want our clients to love their hair products, and we stand
behind the product we sell. We will accept opened or unopened product returns with no time limit. Clients
may receive a refund when they have the original receipt, or if we can find the purchase in our system.
Clients without a receipt may receive shop credit for returned product at the current retail price.
Gift Cards
Gifts cards are only redeemable in our physical shop locations. Not
redeemable for cash except where required by state law
Orders are processed within 1 business day of order receipt and shipped via UPS. All orders are shipped
from Seattle, Washington. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your
order has been packaged and shipped.
All items purchased on Rudy’s Online Shop are made pursuant to
a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss for everything you purchase passes to you upon our
delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for
damaged and/or lost shipments. Rudy’s claims no responsibility for items lost by shipping carriers.
Rudy's is not responsible for customs duties or fees charged on international orders.
Privacy Policy

Rudy's ("us", "we", or "our") respects your concerns about privacy and values the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect about our customers, whether at one of our locations, online or via one of our mobile applications, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices available to our customers regarding our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how our customers can contact us about our privacy practices.
Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service relationship with you.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Cookies and Usage Data
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.

We may also collect information how our site is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our site and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a site and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our site.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Rudy’s will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Rudy's will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our site, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Rudy's will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
Disclosure of Data
Business Transaction
If Rudy's is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Disclosure for Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, Rudy's may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

California Do Not Track Notice
Under California law, website and online service operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about a consumer’s online activities over time and across third party websites. We currently do not change our tracking practices in response to “do-not- track” signals or other similar mechanisms. California law also requires website and online service operators to disclose whether third parties may collect personal information about their users’ online activities over time and across different sites when the users use the operator’s website or service. Third parties that have content or services on our site such as a social feature, analytics service, or an advertising network partner, may obtain information about your browsing or usage habits but this information does not include personal information. These third parties do not change their tracking practices in response to “do-not- track” signals from your web browser and we do not obligate these parties to honor “do-not- track” signals. Your Data Protection Rights Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Rudy's aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.
In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:
The right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.
The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.
The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.
The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Rudy's Reloaded LLC relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our site ("Service Providers"), to provide the site on our behalf, to perform site-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our site is used.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the site available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Behavioral Remarketing
Rudy's uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our site. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our site.

Payments

Rudy’s Privacy Notice for California Residents
Effective Date: January 1, 2020
This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in Rudy's Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
This Notice does not apply to employment-related personal information collected from California-based employees, job applicants, contractors, or similar individuals.
Information We Collect

Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on our Website, and how you interact with our email communications.
Our stylists may maintain records of your hairstyle preferences and techniques or formulas used in a particular service.

Sharing Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose or sell your personal information, subject to your right to opt-out of those sales (see Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights). When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. The CCPA prohibits third parties who purchase the personal information we hold from reselling it unless you have received explicit notice and an opportunity to opt-out of further sales.

Your Rights and Choices
The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights), we will disclose to you:
The categories of personal information we collected about you.
The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing: sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.
We do not provide these access and data portability rights for B2B personal information.
Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:
1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
2. Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
3. Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
4. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
5. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 et. seq.).
6. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information's deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research's achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
7. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
8. Comply with a legal obligation.
9. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
We do not provide these deletion rights for B2B personal information.
Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights
If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"). We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the "right to opt-in") from either the consumer who is at least 13 but not yet 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to personal information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.

Once you make an opt-out request, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sales.
You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
Deny you goods or services.
Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written terms that describe the program's material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the Website and update the notice's effective date. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Rudy's Terms & Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this
website, the user (“User”) indicates acknowledgment that User has read, understands, and agrees to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions, without limitation, qualification, or exception. Rudy’s reserves the
right to modify, cancel, or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or
consent of User. User agrees to regularly review these Terms and Conditions as an obligation of User’s
limited license to use this site. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed by
User as creating a partnership, agency, or other joint enterprise between Rudy’s and User.
1. Appointments
To protect the livelihood of our stylists, we require a credit/debit card in order to HOLD appointments. No payment is collected until after your appointment. There may be a 50% fee charged for no-show appointments or appointments canceled within 4 hours of your set time. You may cancel appointments online or via telephone. Appointments can only be guaranteed for 5 minutes past the set time.
We do offer walk-in appointments…However you must pre-register on our booking page when you arrive outside the shop.
Due to Covid-19 best practices, shampoos may not be available at times. Beard trims and works with straight razors are temporary. Color services are currently offered at all locations.
We are only accepting electronic payment at this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow companions
to accompany you to your appointment at this time. However, parents may accompany children.
Masks are
required, of course. Please reschedule if you find you are feeling ill.

2. Information Accuracy
The information on this site is as accurate as possible.
Product descriptions, ingredients, color, consistency, and other product information is provided in part
by third party vendors. Rudy’s does not, to the extent permitted by applicable law, warrant product or
service information presented on this site. Color and other visual properties may vary depending on User’s
browser and device settings.
It is the responsibility of User to consult with User’s health care professional prior to using personal care products that may produce an allergic or other injurious reaction in User.
Rudy’s does not represent, guarantee, or in any other manner indicate that products referenced or sold on this site may be used, shipped to, or otherwise consumed outside of the United States. User understands that it is incumbent upon User to verify the legality of shipping individual products to User’s shipping address.
3. Intellectual Property
“Rudy’s,” its slogans, logos, and product packaging are all
registered trademarks of Rudy’s. All site content, including, but not limited to, graphics, photo imagery,
custom fonts, copy, video, iconography, and the “look and feel,” is the property of Rudy’s, its
subsidiaries, vendors, partners, or licensors, protected by United States and international laws,
including laws concerning copyrights, trademarks, and related intellectual property.
4. Limited License
Rudy’s grants User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to
access and use the site on a mobile or desktop browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal
items, to learn about Rudy’s, its locations and services, careers with Rudy’s, and to book appointments
for services. Commercial or third-party use is strictly prohibited without first obtaining permission from
Rudy’s corporate headquarters.
User is strictly prohibited from: (1) framing or using framing techniques to enclose the site or any portion thereof; (2) reproducing, redistributing, selling, licensing, trademarking, or downloading the site or any and all site content, including for use on personal websites and social sharing sites; (3) using the site or its content for any commercial or third-party purpose; (4) modifying, reverse engineering, or creating any derivative works based upon the site or any of its content; (5) collecting account information for the benefit of the User or a third party; (6) using software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or taking any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on the site server. Any unauthorized use of this site or any of its content automatically terminates this limited license and will be pursued by Rudy’s to the full extent of applicable law.
5. Shopify, CATS, Salon Check-In, and other third party sites
In the event User
chooses to register an ecommerce or online appointment account, User thereby creates accounts with the
proprietary third party software creators thereof. User is responsible for understanding the terms and
conditions of third party sites linked within this site and complying with those policies. To the extent
permitted by law, Rudy’s is not responsible for data breach, theft, or other misuse of User’s information
at third party sites linked or otherwise associated with Rudy’s site.
User attests and avows that, if creating an account with any third-party site linked herein, User is at least thirteen (13) years of age.
6. Submissions
Suggestions, inquiries, feedback, proposals, and other information
submitted to Rudy’s via this site shall be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential. Rudy’s
reserves the right to copy, use, reproduce, share, publish internally or externally, modify, adapt, sell,
assign, or otherwise use submissions for any purpose, worldwide, and without any obligation of royalty or
attribution to User. By making a submission, User represents and warrants that such submission does not
contain or comprise software viruses, or any form of spam. By making a submission, User agrees, by virtue
of User’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, to indemnify Rudy’s for all claims arising from or in
connection with any claims to any rights in any submission.
7. Use of third party information
Rudy’s will not reveal User’s personally
identifying information provided via the site to any third party except in the following circumstances:
(1) User provides explicit permission to Rudy’s to use such information for a stated purpose; (2) User’s
information must be used to provide the service User requests via the site, e.g. shipping address to
deliver products; (3) Rudy’s is required to so reveal such information by virtue of subpoena, court order,
or other legal proceeding; (4) the Third Party is another business acquired by, or that acquires, Rudy’s,
in which case User’s personally identifying information will be used in the same manner as Rudy’s used the
information prior to such transaction.
User consents to Rudy’s exclusive use of any email address provided or registered by Rudy’s for Rudy’s marketing and informational purposes only. Rudy’s shall not sell, share, or otherwise provide email addresses of its users to third parties, except as contemplated by these Terms and Conditions.
8. Representations and warranties; limitation of liability
By accessing and using
this site, User agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rudy’s shall not be liable
under any theory of law for any loss or damages of any kind relating to the following, non-exhaustive list
of claims: (1) damages related to dealings with or existence of links to third-party sites; (2)
misdelivery, corruption, destruction, failure, or other abnormal transmittal of files or linked
information; (3) business interruption; (4) viruses, system failure, and other malfunctions that may occur
in connection with use of the site, including use of links to or from third-party sites; (5) inaccurate or
omitted content; (6) system outages at third-party sites linked from this site; or (7) any events beyond
the reasonable control of Rudy’s.
Any information received via this site shall not be relied upon by User as personal, medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Disputes; choice of law
Any and all disputes, claims, and actions brought by or
against Rudy’s related to this site, the Terms and Conditions and other policies present herein, shall be
governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute related in any way to the sale, use, or
application of products and services purchased or arranged through this site shall be submitted to
confidential arbitration in Seattle, WA. Arbitration sought hereby shall be conducted under the procedural
rules then prevailing with the American Arbitration Association. Any award determined by the arbitrator
shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment by the prevailing court.
In the event use of this site violates Rudy’s intellectual property rights, Rudy’s may seek injunctive or other relief in any state or federal court in the State of Washington.
In the event one or more of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such ruling shall apply to the particular term(s) and not to these Terms and Conditions as a whole.
10. Termination
Rudy’s reserves the right to terminate the limited license granted to
User, at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Upon such termination, User shall
immediately cease all access, linking, and any other use or reference to the site.

12. Use and purchase of products and services
The products and services offered by Rudy’s on this website are exclusively for personal use. Rudy’s reserves the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order for any reason, including suspicion of intent to divert products.
